You won't believe what NYC comedians Emma Willmann and Matteo Lane talk about Inside the Closet.Join comics Emma and Matteo as they share their experiences of being gay comics in mainstream culture.Oh, did I mention she still can't figure out how to check her voice mail on her cell phone? Well, because she is always talking I sometimes don't listen because I have heard the same stories over and over. But what I am learning is that listening to my mom is not only a sign of respect, but it shows I care. Listening to anyone is a sign of showing how much you care. You know, I have been a Christian a long time and have read Proverbs and the book of James many times.

It's more house than I thought I would ever get to live in. I learned a long time ago that I struggled with selfishness when it came to my home and my belongings.

Why does she not consider how noisy she is and that I am not used to this noise? OK, just breathe Kris and God will get you through it . Who is cooking and didn't call home to say they would be late? Two years ago my dad passed away from Alzheimer's and cancer.

Why does she start cooking and banging pots when I am on the phone or watching TV? Will my relationship with my mom be a constant battle of who can be noisier? Of who ate the last ice cream sandwich and forgot to buy more? Well, if you are reading this article I am sure you can probably relate to some degree.

As each day passes, we have had to learn so much about each other and how to "get along." So what is God showing me, what is he teaching me? I am the most selfish person on the planet and well, I kind of liked it. Praise the Lord for he had taught me that if you own something that you are worried about getting broken by a roommate or guest, then sell it or surrender it and whatever may happen to it to God.

The other person is way more important than the object. Well, my mom can sometimes just aggravate the stew out of me.
